Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Orka at 100% against SimuDrone's 36%. Orka also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months). SimuDrone's advantage is ratings volume (247 vs 2) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Orka holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SimuDrone has 247 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 36% of SimuDrone's written reviews are positive against 100% of Orka's.
SimuDrone ships an update every 3 months, Orka weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
