FlightRests vs CrewZZZy

A tool to help pilots and cabin crew calculate and keep track of in-flight rest schemes. Clean minimalist interface, support for even and odd number of rest periods, and tailored input screens for flight crew and cabin crew.

Your flight. Your rest. Your plan. CrewZZZy makes crew-rest planning simple. Choose Flight Attendants or Pilots, enter your route and timing window, and see a clear plan. Keep track of what is happening now, what comes next, and who rests when—all in a calm, beautifully designed interface. A SIMPLE FLOW • Choose your calculator. The app remembers your preference. • Find your departure and destination airports by code or city. • Enter your timing window and create your rest plan. • Assign your crew, follow the countdowns and share the plan. FOR FLIGHT ATTENDANTS Arrange service and rest periods, allow for buffers and assign crew to each rest block. Switch between departure and arrival station time. Swap airports for a return leg and reverse your rest groups when needed. FOR PILOTS Divide a rest window into 2–4 sequential periods with shared or individual handovers. Use departure time, arrival time or UTC / Zulu without changing your phone's time zone. Overnight windows are supported. CLEAR AT A GLANCE Follow active and upcoming periods with live countdowns. Use optional phase chimes and Live Activities on supported Lock Screen and Dynamic Island displays. Enter crew names manually or scan up to three manifest images. Share a summary or an image of your plan. BEAUTIFUL, PERSONAL AND FAMILIAR Choose from 28 interface languages, including French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese and Brazilian Portuguese. Explore destination skylines and landmarks, with distinct pictures for airports serving the same city. Optional festive accents follow regional holiday dates; in English, they follow your destination country and local date. Turn destination photos or festive styling off whenever you prefer. Photo credits, sources and licenses are available through the discreet information button. Core planning does not require an app account. Online destination-photo requests use city and country labels, not flight times or crew names. TRY IT, THEN CHOOSE PRO Start with 15 free calculations per device, shared across both calculators. This allowance does not renew. Reopening your current authorized plan, changing its display time zone or editing crew assignments does not use another calculation. Annual Pro offers unlimited calculations while subscribed. The price is shown before purchase. Restore Purchases is available. An eligible new iCloud user who joins using your referral code within their first 7 days can earn you 5 additional calculations. One referral per new user; both users need iCloud. The promotion runs through October 4, 2027. Sharing alone does not earn a bonus. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. CrewZZZy divides the timing window you provide. It does not validate duty limits, crew qualifications or airline operating rules. Follow your operating procedures when choosing rest windows and coverage.
