But we believe that learning how to regulate yourself – and your emotions – in a world that can’t be regulated can and should be a memorable voyage. Maybe even an adventure. And it’s one way you can serve the world. To discover infinite connection, we first must create a relationship with ourselves and others. Apprenticeship. Mentorship. Leadership. Allyship. Partnership. Companionship. Worship. Relationship. What ship are you building?

At miindfully, we want to help plant the seeds of mindfulness meditation with ease and in a fun and exciting way! We deliver miindful stories through a cuddly, soft puppy named TATE who will guide them on their magical meditation adventures and activities! The meditations help develop a beautiful connection between your child and TATE while at the same time learning all about emotions, imagination, and their undiscovered superpower breath!
