At miindfully, we want to help plant the seeds of mindfulness meditation with ease and in a fun and exciting way! We deliver miindful stories through a cuddly, soft puppy named TATE who will guide them on their magical meditation adventures and activities! The meditations help develop a beautiful connection between your child and TATE while at the same time learning all about emotions, imagination, and their undiscovered superpower breath!
