About

BP Rage Tracker

BP Rage Tracker: a simple, no-fuss way to log your blood pressure and pulse. No Bluetooth cuff, no account, no complicated setup. Take your reading the way you normally do and type in the numbers. It takes a few seconds, and you never have to hunt for that scrap of paper again. I built this app to make my own life easier. If it helps you too, great. If not, no hard feelings. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Log readings fast: systolic, diastolic, pulse, which arm you used, the date and time, and optional notes. • See where you stand: every reading gets a Rage Level, from "No Rage" to "Ultimate Rage", based on standard blood pressure ranges. • Spot trends: see your latest and average numbers at a glance, plus a trends card that compares your recent readings with your overall average. • Chart your history: scroll through combined, systolic, diastolic and pulse charts, with your average marked on each. • Calculate averages your way: for all your readings, or for any date range you choose. • Edit anytime: fix a typo or add a note after saving. • Bring it to your appointment: export your readings to CSV or plain text to share with your doctor, or keep your own records. • Sync with iCloud: your readings stay up to date on your iPhone and iPad. • Light or Dark Mode: looks good either way, on iPhone and iPad. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Readings are stored on your device and in your own private iCloud account. There's nothing to sign up for. Hope you enjoy it and find it useful. BP Rage Tracker is for personal record-keeping only. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Always talk to a healthcare professional about your blood pressure.
