The space between therapy appointments is where the real work happens. Between Sessions is a private companion built by a licensed clinical mental health counselor to help people make the most of that time — track how you're really feeling, prepare for your next appointment, and hold onto the insights your therapist helps you discover. CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF A guided check-in that takes 90 seconds. Map your emotions, note body sensations, track your energy levels, and capture what's going on in your life. The app learns from what you share and tailors itself to how you experience the world. QUICK NOTES Jot things down as they happen throughout the week. When it's time for session prep, your notes are waiting — tap to pull them straight into your prep. PREPARE FOR YOUR NEXT SESSION Stop losing insights between sessions. Note what's still on your mind from last time, what's important for your therapist to know, and what you actually need from today's appointment. Walk in prepared instead of scrambling to remember. REFLECT AFTER YOUR SESSION Capture what stood out while it's still fresh. Log your homework, note what you didn't get to, and check in with how your body feels after the session. TRACK YOUR HOMEWORK Add homework items and get daily reminders until you complete them. Mark items done when you finish — no more forgetting what you committed to. UNDERSTAND YOUR PATTERNS See what's been hard, what's been good, and what to bring to your next session. BUILT FOR NEURODIVERGENT MINDS Designed with ADHD and autistic users in mind. Emotion labeling support, sensory and social battery tracking, and an experience that adapts to how you actually work. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no servers, no data collection. Your reflections belong to you. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
