Know who is really on site, where they are, and for how long, every day. Casprod is a workforce tracking app for construction companies, contractors and trades. Employees declare their workday and the app follows their position on site during that day. At the end of the month, you know exactly who worked, where, and how many hours. WHERE THEY ARE • A live map of the employees working today, by site • See which crew is on which site, and who has not started yet • Position shared only during the declared workday, and only with the employee's consent • Several sites and several teams in one account • Messages addressed to a site, read by everyone working on it AT WHAT TIME • The workday declared in two taps, on the right site • Start and end of each day, for each employee • Hours worked per employee, per site, per day • Unplanned time logged too: a redo, a wait, something unforeseen AT THE END OF THE MONTH • Total hours per employee and per site • Every hour backed by the day, the site and the position • Clean records ready for payroll and for your clients • No more disputes about who was where, and for how long LONE WORKER PROTECTION Someone alone on a site who falls from scaffolding cannot call anyone. During their declared day, if their position has not moved for twenty-five minutes, the app asks whether they are all right. If there is no answer, the site manager is alerted with the last known position. AND YOUR QUOTE BECOMES THE TASK LIST Photograph your quote or import the PDF. The app reads it, rebuilds its sections and line items, and you approve the result. Assign items to your crews: they see what is expected of them, and what they tick comes back as progress, in real time. The AI proposes, you decide. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • Tracking runs only during a declared workday and stops by itself at the end • Nothing is collected before the employee has read the notice and agreed, and they can withdraw at any time • Only the latest position is kept • Deleting an account erases identity, phone number and positions • Available in French and English WHO IT IS FOR Site managers and company owners who need to know who is on site and how the work is going. Employees and subcontractors who want to declare their day in seconds. - STILL READING? - It's simple. Site software has to be built for the jobsite, not for the office: crews who declare their day in two taps, and a manager who knows who really worked, where, and for how long. Don't take our word for it: try Casprod free for 15 days, read the reviews, or visit casprod.app. Setting up a first site takes a few minutes, and we don't think you will regret it.
