No! WellOff does not connect to your bank account(s) to auto-import your transactions. We believe that having a more hands-on approach builds good spending habits over time by having you manually enter in your purchase. What is a zero-based budget? A zero-based budget is a budget where every single dollar of your income is assigned to a budget category. This ensures that every single dollar of your income is accounted for and is working for you. As you track your spending, you assign your transactions to one of the budget categories and ensure you don't go over that category's limit.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Fleur at 13K against WellOff's 2. Fleur also leads on chart position (#67 vs unranked). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WellOff sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Fleur sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
WellOff holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fleur has 13K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of WellOff's written reviews are positive against 93% of Fleur's.
