StreetLightWizard is an app that can control 4 street lights and 4 locks in 2 separate devices connected to a Particle Boron LTE chip. Although the app runs on a mobile device and will need to be connected to the internet, the controlled devices (street lights and locks) connected to the boron chip just needs to be in range of a cell phone tower (no wifi needed).
