Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Taranis at 5.0 against PALACE's 4.3. Taranis also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 61%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). PALACE's advantage is ratings volume (40 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
