Palace has been ruined by bots and Palace refuses to address the issue. Drops sellout instantly making it pointless to shop here.
No way to filter by in stock items which forces you to look at a bunch of products you can’t even order. No way to filter by size or color, which again forces you to look at products that won’t fit or aren’t what you want.
It takes multiple swipes to look through the product images.
I’m done with using the app and shopping with Palace.

Good clothes. Awful drop system
The last few collabs been on 11.00 on the dot, Apple Pay ready n somehow I still never get anything. I literally can not do it any quicker as a human being unless I get bots to do it.
3 captchas?
Grabbed the single item I wanted, went to check out, and got stuck doing 3 captchas while the item sold out. Good to know I have 20 seconds to purchase but need to set aside 30 to fill out captchas.
