Stop guessing what to train—and stop replaying fast exercise videos just to understand one rep. RepFrame creates a focused four-week workout plan around your goal, experience, available equipment, schedule, and movement skills. Then it breaks each exercise into clear animated frames so you can see the positions that matter. A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOU • Choose strength, a movement skill, mobility, or total fitness • Set your experience level and available equipment • Pick goals such as push-up, pull-up, handstand, squat, core, or mobility • Train two to five days per week in sessions from 15 to 60 minutes • Get a balanced four-week calendar with progressive volume SEE EVERY REP IN FRAMES RepFrame turns exercise demonstrations into a sequence of key positions. Pause the animation at any time, study the transition, and follow concise technique cues for setup, movement, and finish. TRAIN AT HOME OR IN THE GYM Build useful sessions with bodyweight only, dumbbells, resistance bands, or a pull-up bar. The exercise library covers push, pull, squat, hinge, core, mobility, and conditioning patterns. FOLLOW THE CALENDAR See today’s workout, upcoming training days, session duration, exercise order, rounds, repetitions, holds, and rest. Optional local reminders are scheduled only for planned workout days. TRACK CONSISTENCY Log completed sessions, perceived effort, total training minutes, plan completion, weekly consistency, and movement balance. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No analytics. No tracking. Your profile, plan, and history stay locally on your iPhone. RepFrame is free in version 1.0 with no purchases or paid gates. SAFETY RepFrame provides general fitness education, not medical advice. Exercise within your abilities, use a comfortable range of motion, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
