TxCOPE saves lives. This app enables members of the community to report overdose incidents that occur in Texas that may otherwise be unreported, particularly in cases when 911 is not called, an overdose is not readily apparent, or if the person who experienced the overdose does not go to the hospital. Having better data on the full extent of the overdose crisis, such as knowing when and where overdoses are happening, will allow for a better public health response, resource allocation, and prevention efforts, which will ultimately save lives.

True Emotions is a gentle space where feelings stop feeling like the enemy—and start feeling like information you can understand. This isn’t about forcing positivity. It’s about noticing sooner, naming more clearly, and recovering with compassion. What you’ll find inside • A fast emotional check-in you can complete in under a minute. • More depth than a mood tap—intensity, pleasant vs. heavy, nervous-system activation, how costly the state feels, and how easy it is to return to balance. That’s how emotional clarity grows. • Richer emotion labeling—from broad categories toward precise names, so patterns become visible instead of vague “bad days.” • Context & tags—capture life areas that matter (work, relationships, body, rest). Your history becomes a map of triggers and support. • Insights—see recurring themes, energy dips, supportive windows, and the kinds of support you reach for most. • In-the-moment recovery tools—physiological sigh, box breathing, 5‑4‑3‑2‑1 grounding, and a one-minute reflection line. Suggestions adapt to the state you just logged. • Dashboard & trends—mood, energy, activation, and recovery over time; a 28‑day footprint; goals and streaks to turn awareness into a repeatable habit. • Reminders & rhythm—pick a daily check‑in goal and a reminder window that fits your real life. • English & Russian—switch languages in Profile. Who it’s for If you react before you understand what you feel, if stress costs too much energy, or if you want a kinder inner voice—True Emotions helps you build a calmer relationship with your emotions. Happiness here isn’t constant highs—it’s returning to yourself more often, with more clarity and care.
