Fortis turns your goals, schedule, equipment and exercise preferences into a structured strength program you can actually follow. PERSONALISED FROM THE START • Train from 2 to 7 days each week, with a recommended schedule for every method. • Include movements you want and exclude exercises you cannot or will not perform. • Record injury-related exclusions before choosing a method. • See incompatible programs clearly disabled when a required exercise cannot be safely substituted. PROGRAMMING THAT RESPECTS THE METHOD • Choose from 15 established approaches, including 5/3/1, StrongLifts, Texas Method, German Volume Training, Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, PHUL, PHAT, Westside, Block Periodization, DUP, Bulgarian and Olympic foundations. • Method-specific sets, reps, intensity and progression are preserved, including AMRAP top sets where the method calls for them. • Session workload considers exercise demand, compound-lift density, time and target RPE to avoid unnecessary overload. • Weekly volume is spread or condensed to suit the days you can train while keeping session lengths practical. GUIDED SESSIONS • Follow a clear plan for warm-up, main lifts, accessories and cool-down. • Start a solid, set-aware timer from the group you are working on. • Get a 10-second preparation countdown and start/end chimes. • Scale cardio sessions to your ability and available time. • Log sessions, view progress and compare a realistic future projection. • Free includes one active program and asks for a fresh lift setup when you build a replacement. • Fortis Pro keeps unlimited programs, their progress and lift inputs. • Fortis Fusion is Pro-only and coordinates several method-faithful strength, Olympic lifting and cardio tracks in one calendar, with separate days, times, equipment, time limits and RPE ceilings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, sign-up, advertising, analytics or tracking. • Your programs, lifts and history stay on your device. • Export and restore a local Fortis backup from Settings. • Training and logging work offline; purchases and restore use the App Store. Fortis provides planning and logging tools, not medical advice. Exercise within your abilities and seek qualified advice for injuries or medical concerns.
