You will want to get results quickly and you may not be able to live up to your expectations every time. You need to know how to focus on the exercise itself. Don't think too much in your head. The utopia rises every time, but the body does not develop. Don't judge yourself for changes in your body. When there is a change, the people around you will react first. Train consistently and persistently. You can see yourself changed. Once you start, go to the end.
