The Balanced Living Model™ is a simple, guided experience designed to help you pause, reflect, and realign your life in a meaningful way. Instead of trying to improve everything at once, this app helps you focus on what matters most in your current season. Start by assessing your satisfaction across 10 key areas of life, including personal growth, health, relationships, finances, and more. As patterns emerge, you’ll gain clarity on where your attention is most needed. From there, you’ll create your personalized Power of 3 Plan—a focused 90-day approach where you select three priority areas and commit to intentional, achievable goals. This is not about overwhelm or perfection. It’s about clarity, focus, and steady progress.
