Don’t bother app is terrible

Again app is useless all I get is errors and then I just call my local pet boarding business directly

Easy booking and quick response

App makes convenient booking at any hour. Love it!!

STAY AWAY

This app literally never works. Constant server errors; always says “pending acceptance” even after the daycare has accepted the reservation. So buggy and awful. I would rather book via carrier pigeon than have to deal with this garbage ever and I am convinced the positive reviews are fake

It doesn’t work.

Just that. It won’t let me book at my dog day care. I keep getting a server error message. I just gave up on it and called.

Easy, user friendly

I love using the app

Slow and rarely works

I almost never rate apps but our dog boarder/daycare started using this one and it’s been nothing but headaches. It often times out or doesn’t work at all and when it does it is INCREDIBLY slow. It will time out at the end of a request and you can’t tell if the request went in or not. It needs many fixes unfortunately.

So many errors

Do not recommend and only use it because our daycare requires it. Very glitchy. Won’t let you cancel. Asked in person about upcoming boarding and they say yes it was cancelled however shows active on app. Shows days twice booked for daycare upcoming. If charging synced with this app I would ask for receipts

No rewards page?

Our doggie daycare started using this app recently for “rewards.” This app literally does nothing. There is no rewards page, there is no rewards page even on the browser version, and even though it will show our dog’s booked days appear in app, they still have to be booked via the daycare’s own app, not Yourgi. Yourgi doesn’t even show the daycare facility as searchable in their system (it just linked to the daycare app via my email). Like, who is this even for?

Buggy for past year

Lots of issues with this app, at first I just skipped using it bc my reservations wouldn’t go through, or the add ons would be missed. This past month I get server connection errors. Pity, bc rewards are associated with using the app, but half the time the pet boarding has to enter it manually

Re: outsourcing their problems

Once again, this is an app that has a lot of bugs in it, but to get it to market, they allow the bugs to be resolved by the public. They’re FAQ and Customer Service is not existent or useless. it often doesn’t work. I would stay away from this app like the plague.

This app is a total joke, it never works. You put in your details and constantly get error messages!

Good, but somewhat lacking…

It’s great for making appointments, but it’s not great for canceling or rescheduling. It would also be great to know what days the Groomer is in. And if special events are happening on a particular day.

Real online booking for my pet!

Everywhere I try to schedule a service for my dog Fluffy makes me call a phone number to schedule an appointment. It is always a hassle and I lose track of it. I can finally request appointments for Fluffy on an app and it tracks it for me.

Meh

I’ve tried to use it with multiple groomers and everyone tells me it’s not always accurate and it’s best to call. It also doesn’t let me select a particular person/see a particular parsons availability, just lets me book with the organization as a whole. That said, it feels pretty useless.

Frustrating

My dog daycare uses this app, and I can only even log in about 25% of the time, and it seems completely random if I’ll even be able to get past the initial username screen. After that, its pretty disorganized and hard to use.

Can’t even log in

Tried to register, got the codes, entered them, does not work, codes not accepted.

Stopped working

I am unable to make reservations on the app anymore. Tech is working to fix app but for now I either have to go in or phone.

Book multiple dogs together

Would like to be able to book multiple dogs that will stay in one suite together at the same time.
