Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Pause. at 5.0 against InmateSales's 2.4. Pause. also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). InmateSales's advantage is ratings volume (244 vs 1) and chart position (#135 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
