Administración Nacional de Electricidad - ANDE En busca de mejorar la calidad del servicio ofrecido a sus clientes, la ANDE ofrece un sistema para consulta de facturas, reclamos por falta de energía, facturación y alumbrado público y otras opciones útiles como: Solicitudes, Simulaciones de Consumo y Fraccionamiento, yo facturo mi Luz, etc. Además, ofrece el servicio denominado “MI Cuenta”, donde los clientes Titulares de Contratos podrán acceder gratuitamente a: - Gestionar el envío de mensajes a su celular o a los que el cliente determine, eligiendo las notificaciones que desee recibir (fecha de lectura del medidor, lectura y consumo facturado, emisión de factura, vencimiento, aviso de corte por impago o programado, aviso de pago realizado, etc.) - Bloquear consultas a datos de su suministro. - Ingresar la lectura del medidor para la facturación de su consumo. - Realizar fraccionamiento de la cuenta. También en "Mi Cuenta" se pueden registrar y gestionar los Expedientes para Mesa de Entrada de la Institución.
