Choose which steps appear when you create a story, then find past moments with search and tags. Explore feelings and needs Choose several feelings and rate each one's intensity from 1 to 10. Select the needs that matter in that situation. You make the connections; Reflexy gives you a place to record and revisit them. Connect reflection with action Create personal goals called Aims, connect them to needs, and link the activities that support them. Record those activities in your stories.
