TG Connect vs Crossd

TG Connect is a fast, easy, safe and free client based on the Telegram API, available for iOS and other platforms. The application is built on time-tested algorithms and client functions, while having a simpler, optimized interface and providing high delivery speed and reliability. The application uses the familiar interface regardless of the type of operating system or device and allows you to: • Send text and voice messages, photos and videos, files, documents, links, GIFs, etc.; • Create large group chats (including voice chats) and broadcast lists for quick sharing of videos, documents and photos; • Create secret chats that use E2EE encryption to maximize information protection from unauthorized access (copying and forwarding, including through screen screenshots); • Group dialogs by directory.

Crossd turns your location history into a living map of your life, then reveals something you have never been able to see: everywhere your path has crossed a friend's. YOUR LIFE ON ONE MAP Import your history privately from your photos and Google Timeline. Crossd turns years of places into a map you can explore, a travel passport of every country and continent you have reached, and a timeline of where you have been. THE PEOPLE YOU ALMOST MET Connect with a friend and Crossd finds where your paths overlapped: the same place at the same time, the spots you both know, and the near misses you never realised happened. It is the story of a friendship, told through the places you have shared. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your location history lives on your phone. Crossings are matched from anonymised tokens, never raw locations, and only ever between friends you have both accepted. Nothing is sold. Live sharing is off until you turn it on, and stops the moment you turn it off. LIVE, IF YOU WANT IT Share your live location with the friends you choose, see them on the map, and get a gentle nudge when you are nearby. Entirely opt in. REWARDS Earn a Crossd level, keep weekly meet-up streaks alive, complete challenges, and unlock milestones as your map grows. Start with sample data to see how it works, or sign in and build your own.
