About

Crossd turns your location history into a living map of your life, then reveals something you have never been able to see: everywhere your path has crossed a friend's. YOUR LIFE ON ONE MAP Import your history privately from your photos and Google Timeline. Crossd turns years of places into a map you can explore, a travel passport of every country and continent you have reached, and a timeline of where you have been. THE PEOPLE YOU ALMOST MET Connect with a friend and Crossd finds where your paths overlapped: the same place at the same time, the spots you both know, and the near misses you never realised happened. It is the story of a friendship, told through the places you have shared. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your location history lives on your phone. Crossings are matched from anonymised tokens, never raw locations, and only ever between friends you have both accepted. Nothing is sold. Live sharing is off until you turn it on, and stops the moment you turn it off. LIVE, IF YOU WANT IT Share your live location with the friends you choose, see them on the map, and get a gentle nudge when you are nearby. Entirely opt in. REWARDS Earn a Crossd level, keep weekly meet-up streaks alive, complete challenges, and unlock milestones as your map grows. Start with sample data to see how it works, or sign in and build your own.

Fixes and improvements from launch-day feedback: - Friend search now matches names as well as usernames, so people are much easier to find. - Your username and display name now save reliably and stay saved. - Tap a Crossd friend to see their profile and the places you share. - Long press a country in Travels to remove it if it isn't yours (photos people send you keep their location tag). - Clearer privacy wording when importing: everything is read on your phone and nothing leaves it.
