Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Drumr at every 2 days against Drum Book Trainer's every 2 weeks. Drumr also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (95 vs 6). Drum Book Trainer's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
