Your gym log, your whole training history, in your pocket. SeeGym records every set, every weight, every personal record — and shows you in black and white that you are getting stronger. No account to create. Your data stays on your iPhone. 1,394 ANIMATED EXERCISES Every movement plays as an animation and is filed by muscle group. Add your own with your own photo when the machine in your gym is not in the list. BUILD THE SESSION YOU ACTUALLY DO Straight sets, supersets, circuits, AMRAP, For Time, EMOM and Tabata. Reps and weight, time, or distance — each exercise is measured the way it should be, in kilos or pounds, and you can set the unit per exercise for that one machine marked in pounds. PROGRAMS AND CALENDAR Group your sessions into a program, give it a rhythm — Monday/Wednesday/Friday, or one rest day between sessions — and send several weeks to the calendar at once. DURING THE SET One exercise per screen, the rest countdown running, the beep at the end — and a notification that still reaches you when the phone is back in your pocket. A standalone timer is included for everything else. APPLE WATCH Tick off your sets from your wrist, pause, skip a rest. Your heart rate and calories are recorded to the Health app, and the session summary reads them back: heart rate curve, zones, and recovery after each set. WHAT PROGRESS ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE Estimated 1RM and rep maxes for every exercise, a progress curve you choose the metric of, tonnage, personal records, the muscle map of the last 30 days, your active-day streak, and a year of training on one screen. NOTHING TO LOSE Automatic iCloud backup: change iPhone, get everything back. Share a program with a single link. Log a session you did without your phone, dated to the day it happened. Free. SeeGym+ removes the ads.
