Aplomb guides you step by step through the head-repositioning maneuvers clinicians use for BPPV — the most common cause of vertigo — checking your head angle in real time with your iPhone's motion sensors. Hold the phone against your cheek, close your eyes, and follow a calm recorded voice. Haptic pulses guide you toward each position, and the voice confirms when you arrive, counts your holds, and coaches you back if you drift. DESIGNED FOR DIZZY MOMENTS • Voice-first guidance, made to be used with your eyes closed • Real-time head-angle checks using the gyroscope and accelerometer • Haptic guidance you can feel through a pillow • Big, calm screens with no flashing and no spinning animations WHAT'S INSIDE • Guided Epley maneuver, left and right variants • Gentler Brandt-Daroff routine for when no affected side has been named • A safety check before every session, every time • Episode diary with symptom check-ins and a recovery timeline • PDF export of your history to share with your clinician • Learn hub with plain-language articles about BPPV PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No server. Your data stays on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising. YOUR FIRST GUIDED SESSION IS FREE The safety check, learn articles and diary are always free. Keep guiding with a 30-day Relief Pass, a yearly plan, or a one-time lifetime unlock — payments handled by the App Store. IMPORTANT Aplomb is a guidance and education tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose vertigo or detect which ear is affected, and it is not a substitute for medical care. If this is your first episode of vertigo, or your symptoms change, see a clinician.
