You type salam. Your family sees سلام. Fingilish is a phonetic Persian keyboard for everyone who speaks Persian but types it in English letters. Type Persian the way it sounds — every word appears in real Persian script the moment you press space. No new alphabet to learn. No copy-pasting between apps. Just the typing you already do in every family group chat — finally in the script it was meant for. HOW IT WORKS • Type any word the way it sounds: salam, chetori, merci • Press space — it appears in Persian: سلام چطوری مرسی • Suggestions appear as you type, including your exact spelling • Flexible spelling: kheili, kheyli, and khayli all work MADE FOR HOW PERSIAN IS REALLY SPOKEN • Colloquial forms understood: kardem comes out as کردیم • Persian names spelled right — more than 22,000 built in • 'eyn and hamzeh typed naturally with ' or 3 (a'sabani, 3ali) • The sounds English letters can't spell — gh, kh, sh, zh — written the way Fingilish speakers already write them BUILT LIKE A REAL KEYBOARD • Cursor control: hold the spacebar and slide — smooth in Persian, English, and mixed text • One tap flips to full English typing when you need it • Emoji, punctuation, and the Persian ؟ right where you expect them • Light and dark mode PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No Full Access required — the keyboard cannot use the network • Everything happens on your phone; nothing you type ever leaves it • No accounts, no tracking, no ads LEARN IT IN 30 SECONDS Open the app and tap Try It — a guided mini-tutorial walks you through your first Persian message, including switching keyboards and back. For the second generation, for parents, for anyone whose Persian lives in their voice but not their fingers: type it how it sounds, send it how it's written.
