Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Better Trucks Shift at 2.8 against Ayuuto's 2.3. Better Trucks Shift also leads on ratings volume (142 vs 3) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). Ayuuto's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 21%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Better Trucks Shift holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Better Trucks Shift has 142 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 21% of Better Trucks Shift's written reviews are positive against 33% of Ayuuto's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Better Trucks Shift ships an update weekly, Ayuuto every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
