Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Flirt With Madison at 100% against Outside's 22%. Flirt With Madison also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). Outside's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 20) and chart position (#135 vs unranked). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Outside sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $89.99 per year. Flirt With Madison asks for nothing beyond the download.
Flirt With Madison holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Outside has 1.9K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 22% of Outside's written reviews are positive against 100% of Flirt With Madison's.
Outside ships an update every 3 weeks, Flirt With Madison every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
