Onex ERP consists of business functions like CRM, Project Management, HRM, Finance & Accounts, Document Management. Out of these business functions, Osource has introduced employee centric business activities through mobile application to manage & track employee related activities such as Job/Project approval, Time Management, Expense reimbursement, and leave management. This app uses workflow defined in the ERP suite and routes the individual transactions to respective employees/associates. Following are the key business features of the application: 1-Dashboard – This summarized reports about Utilisation of Resources, Non Submission of time, task overdue and overrun ratio. These dashboards are available for the last week, last month and year-to-date. 2-Approval- Reporting managers will have an option to approve or reject their team’s requests such as time sheet, expense sheet, Job/Project, Invoice etc. 3-People Search- This option allows all users to search for contact details of everyone working within Osource and this also allows users to call or email using this application. 4-Contact Search- This option allows all users to search for contact details of customers where the user are mapped and this also allows users to call or email using this application.

The LMS mobile app facilitates on-the-go learning, anytime, anywhere so that learners can complete their assignments on their mobile devices at their own convenience, even while being offline.
