The Qigong and Neigong teachings shared show how powerful seated meditative practices can develop an abundance of Qi within the body that strongly increases health & vitality. The wisdom & knowledge within ZUDDHA is rooted & based in 25 years experience of esoteric discovery, meditation, Yoga, Qigong & Neigong practice expressed through various traditions, cultures & faiths. The Hearts Intent of ZUDDHA is to encapsulate this wisdom & knowledge derived from the past 25 years into the format of an online presence, expressed in a multitude of forms that aim to uplift & inspire your life's journey in discovery of One’s True Nature and Self.
