You open your phone "just for a second" - and an hour is gone. Moach stops exactly that. Moach blocks the apps that steal your day and adds a small moment of pause before you start scrolling - so you get to decide when enough is enough. It's all built on Apple Screen Time (Family Controls), with no lectures and no guilt. Block what pulls you in Pick an app and set a rule: always-on block, a scheduled block by hours and days, or a daily time limit. You stay in charge - not the feed. A pause that gives you the choice back Instead of opening Instagram or TikTok on autopilot, Moach shows a pause screen with a short challenge - turning "opening an app" from a reflex into a real decision. Your Brain Health Score Every focused day strengthens your Brain Health Score - a living picture of your habits. Slip back into endless scrolling and you'll feel it. Show up with intention and watch it climb. Real screen-time insights See your actual usage by app, track your daily pickups, and follow your streaks and weekly averages - so you always know where your time really goes. Privacy, for real Your Screen Time data stays on your device - Apple never shares it with us. No account, no cross-app tracking. Moach Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly). The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
