OLAI helps you use everyday apps and online services, one step at a time. Checking your balance in your banking app, booking a GP appointment in the NHS App, making the words bigger on your phone: each of these expects you to already know where to press. OLAI shows you, one clear step at a time, at your own pace. WHAT OLAI DOES • Step-by-step guides for real apps and services, in plain words • One step on each screen, with a picture of the real screen and the button marked for you • Larger text, and a way to have any step explained differently • Any step can be read aloud • Your place is saved, so you can stop and come back later • Save the guides you use most, and share a guide with someone by link MADE FOR PEOPLE WHO FIND APPS HARD OLAI is for anyone who finds phones and apps difficult, including older people and people with access needs. Text follows the size you set on your phone, and buttons are large and labelled for screen readers. GUIDES FOR UK SERVICES Guides cover banking apps, the NHS App, council and government services, travel, and the basics of your iPhone. You can look at every guide without an account. To start one, sign up with a UK mobile number. OLAI is independent. It is not connected to, or endorsed by, any bank or service it has a guide for. YOUR PRIVACY OLAI never asks for your bank details or passwords. There is no advertising and no tracking. You can close your account from inside the app at any time, and your information goes with it.

Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: OLAI at every 5 days against Sup's monthly. Sup's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
