About

Domestiq

Features

Domestiq is the coach, built by Tom Cooling. Domestiq coaches cyclists, runners and triathletes with a goal. A deterministic engine sets every session by fixed coaching rules that Tom Cooling, a full-time endurance coach, coaches by. Give it the same week twice and it builds the same sessions twice. An AI never writes your training; it writes your session notes, from the facts the engine hands it. ONE COACHING LOOP, SIX STEPS Onboard: a few questions about you, your week and your training so far. Assess: your starting numbers. If Domestiq does not have enough of them yet, your plan opens with two weeks of tests, and until a test sets your FTP you train on a careful estimate marked PROVISIONAL. Goal: pick your race from the catalogue or paste its website, and see the gap between today and race day. Train: your plan is built from your goal one block at a time. A block is three weeks of work, usually followed by a rest week. While your coaching is active, every session you finish gets a written note: how hard it was, how you paced it, how your heart rate held up and how it compares with your own history. Race: the race plan for your A race is part of Domestiq Coach and opens 12 days before race day. It holds one steady power over your course, shows where your power matters most, and updates at 5 days, 2 days and on race morning as the forecast firms up. Debrief: after the race, log how it went. Your debrief sets predicted against actual, then reads back what went well, what did not and what to work on. Your next goal starts from there. YOUR SESSIONS In the app, connect Wahoo or Apple Health. On the web you can also connect Hammerhead Karoo, Polar or Rouvy, or upload FIT, GPX or TCX files from Strava, Garmin or any other device. Send a planned session to your Wahoo, or save it as a Zwift (.zwo) or ERG file. FEMALE ATHLETES If you log your cycle, each week is planned around the phase you will be in, and your notes take it into account. Menopause and HRT are part of the picture when you choose to share them. Turn cycle logging off and Domestiq stops using it. CLUBS Clubs stay free: a ride calendar with RSVPs, club routes, events and a noticeboard, in the same app as your coaching. YOUR TRIAL Every account starts with a 2-month coaching trial. After the trial, clubs stay free and your activities keep syncing, with their numbers and charts. YOUR DATA You can download all your data, or delete your account and everything with it, at any time. ABOUT THE COACH Domestiq is built by Tom Cooling, a full-time endurance coach with two decades of endurance coaching. He has coached multiple Ironman Champions, XTRi podium winners and Continental Professional Cyclists. Domestiq coaches by the rules he coaches by. Questions or support: support@domestiq.cc
