Our Norwood based studios, have a considered range of classes that have been consciously designed by our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists with fun, simplicity and effectiveness in mind. We really do have something to suit every woman regardless of where she is in her journey. From the expectant mum who needs a more gentle, tailored workout to accommodate her changing belly, right through to the empty nester ready to get back in touch with her body. Our classes focus on a mix of cardio and strengthening all whilst improving posture, stability and overall health and wellness. With a considered approach to pelvic floor health, you can be rest assured you will be looked after by our team of experienced Women's Health physiotherapists and exercise physiologists throughout your sessions.
