SplitKhata

SplitKhata remembers who paid for what, so nobody else has to. Add an expense, tick who it was for, and everyone in the group sees it at once. When the trip or the month is over, it works out the fewest payments to finish. If you have ever kept a hisab in a notebook, or a khata of who paid for what, this is that — except it adds up by itself, and everybody can see the same numbers. WHO IT IS FOR • Flatmates and roommates — rent, bills, the weekly shop • Trips and holidays — hotels, taxis, the dinner one person put on their card • Families, couples, and the office lunch order THE ONE NUMBER YOU WANTED Open a group and the answer is the first thing on the screen: what you pay, or what you get back. Tap through and you can see every expense behind that number, and who entered it. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • No limit. Add as many expenses a day as you like — there is no cap, ever. • No ads. Nothing to sit through before you can add a bill. • Any currency, free. A group is fixed to one currency — rupees, dollars, dirhams, pounds, riyals — and nothing is ever quietly converted. For another currency, make another group. • Plain words. No jargon anywhere. You either pay, or you get back. HOW IT WORKS 1. Make a group and choose its currency 2. Send the invite code on WhatsApp — no phone numbers, no address book 3. Add expenses as they happen, split evenly or by exact amounts 4. See who pays who, and tick payments off as they are made FEWEST PAYMENTS TO FINISH Five friends and a week of spending does not need twenty payments. SplitKhata reduces it to the shortest list that clears everybody, and you mark each one off once the money has actually been handed over. THE DETAILS THAT MATTER • Live — an expense added on one phone appears on everyone else's in seconds • Uneven splits, for when down the middle is not fair • The odd paisa is never lost. Shares always add up to the total, to the last unit. • Fix a mistake any time. Edit or delete an expense and every total follows. • Light and dark, and it remembers where you were • Free. No paid tier, no locked features, nothing to buy. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your groups are visible only to the people in them. No adverts, no trackers, no data sold to anyone, no card details asked for and no bank login — SplitKhata keeps the record of who paid. It never moves money. If you like, add where friends can pay you, so nobody has to ask for it. You can delete your account from inside the app whenever you like. Made for people who share money with people they trust.

Verdict
The clearest difference is device support: Slash Banking at 3 against SplitKhata's 1. On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
