Terrible Experience with Slash: Unjustified Ban and Poor Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Slash banking app and would rate them a dismal 1/5 stars. Despite only making a couple of transactions last year, I was unexpectedly banned today for supposed "concerning activity" that I cannot comprehend. What's even more frustrating is the lack of communication and assistance from their customer service team. My attempts to reach out were met with silence, and when I tried to contact them via Discord, I was inexplicably banned from that platform as well. Slash's handling of my situation has been both unprofessional and distressing, leaving me with a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction. I was already dissatisfied with the horrible user interface. I strongly caution others considering this app to be wary of their customer service and the potential for unjustified actions against users.

Too many declines
I’ve got the elite plan and too many declines on this vcc provider. Not sure if they’re addressing it as they said they’re investigating but there were no fix updates the declines I had a few weeks ago. Hope they fix this issue

SO MANY REASONS TO USE SLASH
So many features already, and the discord keeps us up to date with new incoming features. (Not sure if allowed to say what’s coming since not yet launched officially) Now with Zelle integration too…LOVE IT! The app makes it SO easy to switch between the personal accounts to find info, easy to create and control multiple virtual cards, move $ between accounts, so many awesome things about the service/app/discord. Not to mention the amazing customer service you can get in the discord group...plus they seem to listen to feedback, address comments, and use it to deliver. Love it, Slash. Keep it up!

Best business SLASH personal bank
I have had slash for about a month and the app itself has been seamless. Easy to get around and everything is self explanatory. If you can’t find it, help is available and response time is fairly quick even on weekends. All my friends I tell about the debit cards all want a referral link.
Not like other banks
Slash is amazing for resellers and small businesses. The slash team is super transparent and you can tell they actually care about their users. Switched to Slash about 2 weeks ago and the difference is night and day. Cannot recommend enough, and cannot wait to see how much Slash will have to offer in the future!
