Atlas is the athlete app for Olympic weightlifting. It connects your training, your coach, pre and post check-ins, meet history, recovery, and nutrition so you and your coach see the full picture, not just what went on the bar. Here's how: • Coach & Club Messaging: Talk with your coach and club using photos, video, and voice messages, with transcripts made on your phone • Video Form Review: Send your lifts to your coach for form feedback • Pre & Post Workout: Log how you feel before and after, next to that day’s lifts • MeetCal: Competition history linked to your training, PRs pulled from meet results, plus countdown to meet day • Oura: Sleep and recovery alongside your sessions • FatSecret: Nutrition linked with training • Coach Programming: Run the block your coach assigns, including range and velocity prescriptions • Progress: PRs, recent bests, volume, and intensity in context with check-ins, meets, and recovery *Use of the app requires an invite by your coach
