Verdict
Mt. Joy and Vale Matcha both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Vale Matcha's written reviews are positive against 44% of Mt. Joy's. Mt. Joy's advantage is ratings volume (79 vs 10) and iOS requirement (16.2 vs 26.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
