Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: SR at 4.8 against Screen Recorder's 3.7. SR also leads on ratings volume (66 vs 7). Screen Recorder's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SR sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Screen Recorder asks for nothing beyond the download.
SR holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SR has 66 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
