Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Seelbach's at free against Coaltrain Fine Wine's free with in-app purchases. Seelbach's also leads on ratings volume (863 vs 9). Coaltrain Fine Wine's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 81%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
