Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Drasti at 90% against PAAET's 14%. Drasti also leads on rating (4.5 vs 2.4) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). PAAET's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
