The Baynards vs Hello Klean

The Baynards app gives occupiers access to a range of concierge services including delivery and key access notifications. The app also keeps occupiers up to date with the latest building announcements and important documents.

The Hello Klean app works with Shower Head+ and Skin Filter to track filter life and water consumption – with Shower Head+ also tracking temperature – for healthier hair and skin. Shower Head+ and Skin Filter use hydropowered technology to measure real water usage and give accurate refill alerts, so filtration stays consistent. The app turns water data into simple insights to help you understand how your shower and cleansing routine affect your hair and skin. Features Filter life tracking See how much water flows through your shower or tap and know when your filter needs replacing to keep filtration working at full performance. Heat alerts (Shower Head+ only) Monitor hot water exposure and see how high temperatures may affect your skin barrier and hair health. Manage refills Connect your Hello Klean account to see your next delivery date or set up a Smart Refill Plan. Shower insights View average shower or rinsing length and water usage, as well as hot water time and cold exposure for Shower Head+, to understand your routine and build better habits. Hair and skin insights Get simple guidance based on your data to help reduce dryness, irritation, and hair stress caused by harsh water. Hydropowered technology Shower Head+ and Skin Filter generate their own energy from water flow. No batteries. No charging. They connect to the app via NFC.
