Showing promise! Early stages.
After dealing with some skin care issues as I age, I was curious if the culprit was the water coming from my shower line, so I wanted to give Hello Klean a try. The app integration is a big part of why I wanted to go down the HK route, but it’s clear the app is still going through some growing pains.
Things like, the shower head not syncing automatically. I have to manually hold my phone up to it to get the data to sync properly. You cannot change settings like country-specific currency or the fact that I can’t change the make/model of the shower head I purchased. It just shows the default black shower head 2.0 instead of the brushed bronze Shower Head + I purchased.
This app has promise and potential and I’m confident that with user feedback, they’ll be able to get this app up-and-running, which will make this product a real must-have.
