Kase exists because it should. There should be a database app that can go anywhere with you. It should be: • Simple — Using it should be easy and intuitive, • Flexible — Once familiar with the basics, you can design any database to track anything important to you, and • Relational — Inter-linked data is an order of magnitude more useful. Plus, you don't want to repeat yourself. Additionally, it should be: • Personal — You should not need to worry about who can peek into your data, and • Always Available — High-speed wireless network should *not* be a prerequisite for accessing your own data. Structured data at your fingertips. Something like that didn't exist, so I started creating Kase in 2014. Basic Concepts: • Your Kase contains Boxes. • Each Box stores Decks that can relate to each other. • A Deck collects similarly structured Cards. • And a Card is where you put data Entries. Features: • Pick, assign, and organize with Categories, Tags, and Marks. • Search by name, notes, full text, or keywords: Full-text indexing with Natural Language Processing. • Highlight any Box, Deck, Card, Entry, or Keyword. • Deck definitions support inheritance! • Field types include Text, Number (with Unit), Money (with Currency), Date/Time (with Time Zone), Choice, Boolean, Link, Picture, and Document. - complete with multi-level auto-conversion • Write in Markdown and see rich formatted text. • Box can be locked with a passcode, and unlocked with Face ID or Touch ID. • Formatters (Fx) to visualize data in different ways without altering the data one bit. e.g. Unit Converter, NameMapper, WordScrambler, ICU Transformers... • Side-by-Side: Compare Cards easily by displaying in columns. • On-device Text Recognitions (OCR) for multiple languages. • Import/Export in CSV, JSON, or KASE. • Complete Backup & Restore. • iPad Multitasking support: Split View, Slide Over, etc. • Very customizable UI with custom locales What Kase Can't Do: - Cloud sync is not done yet (stay tuned...) What Kase Can Do: > From Data to Wisdom > Data ▹ Information ▹ Knowledge ▹ Wisdom 1. Store Data — the objective truths. 2. Organize Information — to reflect circumstances and current condition. 3. Systematically retrieve Knowledge — utilized for decision-making. 4. And that hopefully enables you to grasp Wisdom, comprehend insights, and ultimately create value. There are databases that belong to the Big Guys. The rest of them should stay personal. By now, you should realize how valuable your data is. So why give it away? Kase keeps your data yours. ScreenStash

You screenshot everything — recipes, receipts, Wi-Fi passwords, gift ideas, workout plans. Then they vanish into your camera roll, never to be found again. ScreenStash gives every screenshot a home. ORGANIZE LIKE IT'S FUN Import your screenshots and file them onto visual boards with one tap. The Stash button learns where things go — receipts go where your receipts live. Made a mistake? Undo is always one tap away. AN INBOX THAT REACHES ZERO New screenshots land in your Inbox. File them, and they leave the pile. The pile only shrinks — so you always know what's left to sort, and clearing it feels great. SEARCH THE TEXT INSIDE YOUR SCREENSHOTS ScreenStash reads every screenshot with on-device text recognition. That recipe from March? Type "chicken." The beach house Wi-Fi? Type "wifi." Everything you've ever saved, instantly findable. BOARDS THAT SORT THEMSELVES Six smart boards automatically group receipts, recipes, travel documents, codes & Wi-Fi, places, and shopping — no filing required. Adjust anything by hand. CLEAN UP YOUR CAMERA ROLL After importing, ScreenStash offers to delete the originals from Photos — only with your confirmation, and only after every screenshot is verified safe inside the app. Reclaim gigabytes. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, and no server of ours ever sees your screenshots. Text recognition runs on your iPhone, and your library stays on your iPhone. The one thing ScreenStash measures is which ad brought you here and whether it led to a subscription — that's how a small app knows where to spend. It's a device identifier and a purchase event, never your screenshots or anything found inside them. iOS asks your permission first, and declining changes nothing about how the app works. FREE AND PRO Free is the full app: search, boards, one-tap filing — and a daily import allowance that never runs out. 100 screenshots land the day you install, then 50 more every day. Forever. Free. Sitting on years of screenshots? ScreenStash Pro imports your entire library at once — plus auto-import, smart boards, and iCloud backup to your own private iCloud. One $19.99 purchase. No subscription, ever. Yours for life. Requires iOS 18 or later.
