elefa Connect is the simple way to call home. You call a real phone number and their phone rings. No app on their side, no internet, no smartphone needed. Mobiles, landlines and basic phones in 195 countries, at a price you see before you dial. ONLY YOU NEED ELEFA The people you call do not need to install anything or be online. They answer the way they always have. elefa carries the call to their network as a normal phone call, in good quality, from wherever you are. YOUR NUMBER SHOWS WHEN YOU CALL The people you call see your own number, so they know it is you and are more likely to answer. Prefer to keep it private? Switch to elefa's number in Account at any time. SEE THE PRICE FIRST The per-minute rate appears before the call connects. No hidden fees, no connection charges. You always know what a call costs. CREDIT THAT NEVER EXPIRES Top up in seconds with Apple Pay or card. Your credit stays in your account for as long as it is active. New accounts start with free credit to try the service. SEND CREDIT TO FAMILY Move calling credit to another elefa Connect customer in a few taps, so the people you care about can call you back. SIGN IN WITH FACE ID Set up a passkey once and skip the code next time. Your account stays tied to your number, and the sign-in code is always there as a fallback. If your carrier cannot deliver the SMS, the code can come on WhatsApp instead. MADE FOR THE WAY YOU CALL Call from your contacts or the keypad, redial from recents, and set your usual destination so the right country is one tap away. In the car, elefa works with CarPlay and Siri: say the name, and the call is placed through elefa. THE SOUND OF HOME Listen to live radio from home inside the app, free, between calls. RECEIPTS AND ACCOUNT NOTICES A receipt for your top-up goes to your email, along with account and security notices. You choose whether to hear about news and offers. BUILT IN AUSTRALIA FOR FAMILIES EVERYWHERE elefa Mobile Pty Ltd is a Melbourne company serving communities with family far away: South Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Uganda and Eritrea; Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran and Iraq; Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga; and many more. Where a call home is hardest and costs the most, elefa makes the difference. Support is a message away at support@elefa.com.au. GOOD TO KNOW elefa Connect places outbound calls over your internet connection. It cannot be used to call emergency services (000, 112, 911); keep a standard phone line for those. Rates vary by destination and are shown in the app before you call. Terms and Privacy Policy at elefa.tel.
