very reliable for selling stuff online! i flip furniture on marketplace and handing out my personal digits is a no go. this gives me a legit local number to sms buyers. works exactly how I need it to.

Paid the 7.99 for the week and the app doesn’t even work. Keeps giving me an error.

Doesn’t work

Charges me the weekly fee, the. For caught in a loop and continued to try and charge me again. It refused to send documents. It had a good pdf scanner had it actually faxes it anywhere.

Unable to get file to upload from phone. Tried accessing from various storage location on phone.

Good enough

It's pretty handy if you need to send something right away. A fax number and sending pages costs a little, but it's cheaper than going to UPS store. I can save my hard-earned money and it comes in handy when I need it.

Powerful fax app

Definitely better than a landline. This is a great way to stay on top of all my documents with a busy life. It's made my personal and professional lives easier since I can send and track faxes on the go

Love this fax app… faster than others, but simpler. Years ago I used another app that was just terrible. I’m amazed at how much better fax master works. There will always be a need for a faxing so this is a great app to do it… glad I switched. Give it a try, you’ll see how easy it is

Does not work

You can sign up for any subscription plan and it still won’t work, it’s a scam. Just go to you local copy center like OfficeMax, FedEx, Staples, etc. and you’ll be in much better hands.
Also, if you try to e-mail the company, all the emails are sent back from the server as undeliverable.

Doesn’t Work!!!

Haven’t been able to get this Ap to work on either iPhone or iPad - signed up for 1 month Premium subscription. Keep getting message that “Professional Plan isn’t activated error”. There’s no help on menu - no subscription on menu. E-mailed support - nothing. Wasted over an hour & a half messing with it. Easier to just take pic from phone and send in message or e-mail. Now have to go through the complicated process of cancelling subscription. What a waste of my time!
