About

ISO

WHAT YOUR MUSIC SAYS ABOUT YOU ISO-1 is a music-first app that helps you understand the patterns in how you listen. The way you use music when you are overwhelmed, distracted, calm, in your feelings, or trying to focus is not random. ISO-1 helps you see those patterns more clearly, so you can understand what certain tracks, playlists, and listening habits are doing for you over time. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH ISO-1 - Connect your music streaming service. Spotify is currently supported, with Apple Music coming soon. - See patterns in how your listening connects to mood, moments, and habits. - Build playlists using music that already works for different emotional states and goals. - Track how certain tracks or listening sessions feel, and build a personal picture over time. - Unlock deeper insights and more structured guidance if you want the full picture. INSIGHT FIRST, PRESSURE LAST ISO-1 is designed to fit around the way people already use music. You do not need to journal constantly or change how you listen overnight. You can start by simply noticing what is already there, then go deeper when it feels useful. BUILT WITH CARE ISO-1 is informed by music psychology, therapeutic listening approaches, and clinical input. It is designed to support reflection and self-understanding through music, not to replace therapy or medical care. Support resources are available if you need them. FREE TO START ISO-1 includes a free experience, with additional paid features for users who want deeper insight, richer pattern tracking, and more structure. Listen how you already listen. See more of what it means. Unlock more when you want to go deeper. Terms of Service: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
