Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: OluKai at 4.9 against Mitchell Golf's 1.0. OluKai also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 1). Mitchell Golf's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
