Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: iSee Home at 2.5 against Amitres's 1.0. iSee Home also leads on ratings volume (48 vs 6) and device support (3 vs 1). Amitres's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

iSee Home holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iSee Home has 48 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.
