Wipr blocks ads, popups, trackers, cookie warnings, and other nasty things that make the web slow and ugly. Websites in Safari will look clean, load fast, and stop invisibly tracking you. You’ll notice significant improvements to your battery life and data usage. Setup is a snap. The Filtr add-on extends Wipr’s blocking to all apps on your devices. It acts at the network level, but unlike a VPN, it can access none of your data, and can be used in conjunction with VPNs, iCloud Private Relay, and custom DNS. Wipr’s blocklist is updated twice a week automatically, and has enhanced versions for the following languages: Bosnian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Macedonian, Malay, Montenegrin, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Thai, and Vietnamese.
